Sports Premium

The primary PE and sport premium was introduced in March 2013 to improve the provision of physical education and school sport in primary schools across England. The funding is provided jointly by the Departments for Education, Health, and Culture, Media and Sport (DfE, DH, DCMS). The funding is allocated directly to primary schools and is ring-fenced. This means it may only be spent on improving the provision of PE and sport in schools.

What pupils at Coulsdon CofE Primary love about Physical Education

Because the games are fun and it is good to get out the classroom and be active and keep healthy

I like it best when we do dancing like in our Brazil topic

I like it when we work with Coach T

I think the warm ups are fun

Doing the different types of passes in basketball

Doing the circuit training/fitness exercises with Coach T, such as the ladder

Going round in different groups doing different exercises

I like the game where we had to pass the ball across some defenders
